**Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations given with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the grooming cost. No shows will be charged at 100% of the grooming amount. In order to book another appointment, cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full.**
